You’ll first need to create an account on our Marketplace. After that, you’ll get access to the wholesale shop along with wholesale prices.

What is the minimum order value?
Minimum order value is EUR/USD 500
Can I buy a sample?

Yes, new customers can make the first order of any value. Please keep in mind that the shipping fees start at EUR 50 for the most of locations. Therefore, you’ll get the most out of your investment when you will buy couple of items as sample.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! You can get a discount, it depends on your subtotal cart amount:

Orders from EUR/USD 1 000 qualify for a 10% discount.

Orders from EUR/USD 1 500 qualify for a 20% discount. 

Orders from EUR/USD 3 500 qualify for a 25% discount.

Orders from EUR/USD 7 000 qualify for a 30% discount.

In case your order value exceeds EUR/USD 15 000, please send us an email.

How do I know if the items on your website are in stock?

The stock is constantly changing and it’s not possible to track very acurate stock quantities   but despite that we are updating wswatchsupply.com stock once in a day. Our stock quantity accuracy is approximately 90% - 95%.

What you do if customer placed couple of out-of-stock models?

At the checkout of your order feel free to choose one of 3 options how to handle out of stock cases:

-        replacing out of stock items with available models from your order;

-        replacing out of stock items with particular models specified by you in the notes section;

-        the value of the out of stock items is refunded as store credit.

If any model is not available at the time of packaging, you’ll get a notification to your email with either the replacement list or the refund coupon code.

Do you update the invoice when there are out-of-stock items?

First you will get pro-forma invoice. Once your order is finalized, payment received and stock quantities are checked/replaced you will receive actual invoice shortly before shipping items to you.

Can I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

How will I know that my transfer of funds has been received?

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on the delivery location, the number of items in the order and their total weight.

What shipping methods do you use?

We mostly use UPS, DHL and FedEx.

How long does the delivery take?

Usually it takes  7-14 business days after we receive your transfer of funds. Shipping time may be extended due to busy season, in this case we notify our customers in advance.

When will I receive a tracking number?

As soon as your order is dispatched. It would take just couple of days from the day we received funds. Usually 2-4 working days.

Where are the items dispatched from?

The items are usually shipped from warehouses in Europe, Asia or USA. Depends on availability.

Can I receive the items from Europe?

Yes. We provide an optional European Freight Forwarding service. You can add Freight Forwarding service to your cart.

How does the European Freight Forwarding service work?

Our partners handle the import procedures and once it is done goods are delivered to your final address. For you it takes no effort, you can relax and wait for your order to arrive.

The delivery time depends on the country of destination.

Are your items authentic? What packaging do they come in?

All our items are authentic and come with their original packaging which is included in the price.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on all items. Once the item is sold to a third party, the client becomes responsible for the warranty. 

We guarantee the quality of all goods. If a new and unworn item is defective, we will replace it or its damaged parts, or refund the purchase amount in the form of store credit.
